Stationary Group classes

By following your breath and movement, we will release the tension from your body , and your mind will automatically start to slow down and stop.

Online Group classes

I will teach you how to work with your breath and body, releasing them from the multitude of thoughts, tension and stress. We will start with basic, simple movements and move on to more complex sequences.

Individual sessions
The session lasts approximately 60 minutes. We will flow together in breath and movement that will free you from stress and tension accumulated in your body and mind.

Workshops
During the workshops, you will learn what the Calligraphy Health System is and how it works, and we will put this knowledge into PRACTICE.
